Are you in the mood for a yummy treat that kids of all ages will love? Monster Cookies might be just what you’re looking for! With peanut butter, chocolate chips, oats, and M&Ms, they are sure to be a hit.
To get started, you will need the following ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter, 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar, 1 cup granulated sugar, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 3 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats, 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips and 2 cups M&Ms.

Begin by preheating your oven to 375 degrees and lining two baking sheets with parchment paper. In one bowl, mix the peanut butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla extract until blended. In a separate bowl, whisk together the baking soda, baking powder and oats. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until everything is combined and then fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms.

Using a medium-sized cookie scoop, scoop out the dough onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden-brown. Let them cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
